Log in to your Hitscan account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack your electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
